Achy Pains

So I've been having these sharp pains in the sides of my lower abdomen. And my lower abdomen almost constantly feels a little crampy/burning. My doctor says it's normal. He says that it's from all the uterine stretching going on. He also says that the sharp pains are most likely from the ligaments stretching.

Have any of y'all ever had that?

Sometimes I get the sharp pain when I cough. Most often I get it while trying to roll over in bed. And sometimes when getting up from a sitting position. Sometimes it's even sore when I press on it.

Of course, b/c of RPL, it's hard for me to not worry about things like this. Just looking for a little reassurance from my bloggy friends.... :)

Totally normal (or so I hear;). I get them when I move a weird way, try to roll over in bed or even get in or out of the car. Started eight around 2 trimester if I remember correctly. Even more lately when I stand up after sitting for awhile or after I lay down after having an active day. Sometimes it's sharp pain other time a little crampy feeling but goes away with some rest most of the time. Hope you are doing well. So happy for you all and I keep praying about your other little guys adoption too:)

It's totally normal and harmless (yet painful)! I got them mostly when I would stand up from being seated. The baby is having a growth spurt and your body is adjusting to the baby. It's a GOOD thing that things are stretching and getting bigger. Hey, where's our belly photo?! :)

Totally normal! Just wait- in a few months it will hurt to pee- everything stretches out. Just lovely, I know!

I have had those symptoms exactly; sharp pains when coughing, rolling over in bed, etc, and I have heard its normal. I also wanted to tell you, I'm so excited to hear you are having a little girl! Same for me! My husband and I joke that it is the year of the girl, because everyone we know IRL who has had a baby or will have a baby (and there are a lot) this year is having a girl. It's crazy!
